Global Association for the Development of the Disabled
About Us
The Global Association for the Development of the Disabled is a non-profit and non-government organisation that advocates for and protects the rights of people with disabilities to surmount daily difficulties and fight stigmatisation. We build and nurture the capacities of persons with disabilities (physical, intellectual, economic, etc) through different sustainable interventions for improving their quality of life, making them self-reliant and facilitating their mainstreaming. GLADD was established in December 2010 but started operations fully in January 2013
